Availability

We would love to party with you! Let’s secure the best date to hold your event. We accept up to 2 full-service events in one day. If the date is unavailable, we are fully booked. Please send an email with the date and time you are requesting and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Setup Times: Please note that full-service events require a minimum of 4 hours for setup, if you are booking a venue please request setup for 4 hours prior to your event start time. A minimum of 1 hour is required for breakdown.

Booking Window: If your event is less than 2 weeks away, please be prepared to plan & submit payment in FULL at time of booking, including any rush fees.

  • Please let us know what type of space you plan to use to host your event. When selecting an event space, please keep in mind the look of the space and the style of tables or chairs that are included and if they will coordinate with your theme. Rentals are always available if needed.
  • For full-service events 4hrs or greater is REQUIRED for setup. For a la carte services such as balloons or backdrops, 2 hours minimum is REQUIRED for setup. 1 hour setups are insufficient for most services.
  • Please give us the theme you are interested in achieving or the color scheme you would like to use. If you need creative direction, we are happy to provide that for you as well.
  • Choose the budget that best fits your vision and event type. This budget should be for decor ONLY. Catering/Bar/Venue/Entertainment etc. should be considered as an additional budget. Every event is customized, please allow your budget to reflect the customizations you desire

BOOKING TIMELINE:

Response to initial inquiry: 24-48 business hours. Emails are typically responded to between Monday and Thursday of each week. No dates are held nor consultations given without non-refundable deposits. If you can plan ahead!! Booking 3 weeks-6 months out is the best practice for well-executed events as #WeCurateMemories
